At Urban Sakhi, we strive to deliver premium quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return or Refund on Like/Dislike

We do not accept returns or provide refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or dislike of the product.

Please review product details, images, and size chart carefully before placing your order.

2. Size Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case of size issues.

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Customer will bear the shipping charges for exchange (unless otherwise stated).
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• An unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

5. Processing Time

Once an exchange request is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to process.
