At Urban Sakhi, we aim to process and ship orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via email or phone.
- Orders Already Shipped
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• In such cases, the order will be governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
• If cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Custom or Special Orders
Orders made under special discounts, custom requests, or limited collections may not be eligible for cancellation.
